New Service For Patients

You may be aware that all practices are now required to provide their patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for the care and support that our surgery provides for them. Each patient now has a named GP but this does not prevent you from seeing a GP of your choice.

 

EPS 2 (Electronic Prescription Service)

The practice is now able enabled for the EPS2 service.  If you have already nominated a pharmacy your prescription will now be sent electronically to the pharmacy you have chosen.  If you haven't yet nominated a pharmacy please contact the pharmacy of your choice who will explain how this is done.  Please following the link below for a summary of the benefits of EPS.

NHS 111

If you need urgent medical attention when the surgery is closed you should dial 111.  This will connect you to the NHS 111 service free of charge which is provided by a local organisation, Derbyshire Health United. You will be assessed and directed to the most appropriate point of care for your particular needs.

You can also dial 111 if you require health information.
